We'll send you a package of 10 mock-up designs to review before anything is finalized. Once you've reviewed them, you'll choose which designs you want and which items they go on.
If you already have designs or special requests, just let us know in the "Additional Information" box when you submit your order.
If your team includes both boys and girls, please submit this form twice — once for each group. Order totals will be combined manually when calculating your volume discount.
